Dec. 4, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Sun Hung Kai Properties<0016>, Hong Kong's largest developer by market value, is cautiously optimistic about the real estate market in 2010 as China's economic growth and a recovery in the global economy will boost property prices, said Thomas Kwok Ping-kwong, vice chairman and managing director of the Hong Kong-listed developer.
